Give me your old tired USB wireless adapter

Mom has an MSN TV 2 Internet receiver (the old WebTV). I have a wireless router. I want to get an adapter for her receiver. However:

Anybody got one of those? Finding them on eBay is feasible, but if there's someone locally who's got one they aren't using anymore it would be easier.

And don't get me started on Microsoft's idiotic unwillingness to upgrade its firmware to work with newer wireless adapters.
