GMAIL won't let me in

I now log into GMAIL and get this;
You're currently signed in to your xxx@yahoo.com Google Account.
If you complete this form, you'll be adding Gmail to this account, and your Gmail address will become your primary account username.

I don't want to do what they ask and can't get past this page to access my mail. What's going on?

Normally what web site do you use to login to GMAIL? Do you just type in http://www.google.com or do you use it from a bookmark? If you are using it from a bookmark what web site is being referenced by this bookmark?

I always just went to gmail.com, but even if I go thru google the same page comes up.

Is the xxx@yahoo.com (whatever xxx is) an email account that you use or is it someone else email account?

Something similar happened to me a few weeks ago, trying to log in to my youtube account. I went ahead and added youtube to my yahoo account, and I did get to youtube, but I couldn't find my old youtube stuff. I gave up.

When trying to enter gmail to access my account, I get stonewalled by this page asking me to change from yahoo https://accounts.google.com/NewAccou...ec01a23&type=2

How can I access my account without this BS blockade?

This is about Google arguing in court that users of Gmail have no "legitimate expectation of privacy" for their emails.

Whether it's good or bad depends on how the court rules. You can't conclude that just because Google argued this in a court proceeding that it's true, or that Google wants to invade its users' privacy. Perhaps the feds have already invaded Gmail, but ordered Google to keep it a secret, and Google would like a judge to rule that this is illegal.
