My computer has been infected with the NGINX worm. Any attempt to log on to the Internet via my web browser would be redirected to a blank screen with "Welcom to NGINX!" on the screen. After researching the virus, I determined it could be cleaned from my computer with "CC Cleaner" a free utility. I just checked the boxes to clear all cookies and clear all cache and it fixed things.
