Here we go again with another example of horrific millions of dollars wasted every year by our State's official's endless incompetence, yet they always cry we don't have money for anything! Hawaii wallows at the bottom in the nation per amounts of $$$ not collected or accounted for due to abuse of the Medicaid system.
