        Char Sui Pork
        Ingredients for 4 people

2 pounds of pork ( that don’t sneeze)
Soy sauce, honey and red colouring
        Rice, long grain basmati
        Stir fry vegetables
        Onion
        Bell Pepper
        Garlic and Ginger

        Method

Scour the pork and brush it with the honey, light soy and red colouring. Pop it in the oven and cook it well. ( It should be done on a BBQ ,,,,, but it always rains here.)
While it’s roasting, I get my big wok out and prepare the vegetables.
The rice, well I put two mugs full in the steamer.
I don’t do the stir fry until the Char Sui is well done. Because stir fry only takes minutes.

I serve the rice separately and let these 4 football fans help themselves and then go off to the match.

Bacon cheader cheese fries and beer from Ruby Tuesday at Windward Mall.

I do feel like getting a mini-plate lunch or some burgers from someplace close by.

                          Not Cooking today

Because I do a lot of cooking for friends and family they treat me
                          once in a while.
Today we are going to the Toby Carvery. It's a lovely inn and my friends from Ireland love it 'cause they don't have them there.

Take your plate and walk past the chefs > They will carve you, beef, turkey, lamb or gammon. As much as you can pile on your plate. You need an extra plate for the stuffing balls, sprouts and other veggies.

You can go back time and time again (not for the meat) but for the wide variety of vegetables and gravies.

I go for the beef and Yorkshire pudding which is filled with onion gravy. Too stuffed to have any afters.
