Pasteles and Gandule Rice

Man do i miss it.. I try to make it here in washington but can't find those darn green banana's.. but get plenty potatoes..

I remember going to the pastele shop out there in kalihi buying pasteles along with pandesia... and bacalau salad.. and topped off with laulau...

Only thing get around here is like carne asada.. you know the usual mexican stuff..

i miss puerto rican and filipino food.
