Wing Beans

Anyone got a good recipe for wing beans? I got a batch and am not sure what to do with them (other than possibly stir fry them).

My wife makes a beef and vegetable, tamarin base soup with them!
Ohhh sooo goood!

She grows wing beans along with most of our vegetable needs in her garden by Ala Wai elementary School.

Menehune Man: The soup does sound very good I wound up sauteeing the beans with ebi and garlic, salt and pepper. Not bad.
