    Cyn prepared us a delicious breakfast of corned beef hash, turkey bacon and a country scramble with brown rice. Just what I needed to make it through watching the Pats miss the spread. hehhe

                      Couple-a Hawaiian musicians were in town last night for a gig - we fed 'em killer doses of sugar (a/k/a local delight "Top Pot Doughnuts") before sending them off to the airport. When the sugar rush ends, they should be able to catch up on sleep mid-flight.

                                turkey sausage/avocado omelette topped with salsa, a coupla slices of Asian pear and a big cup o' green tea...decaf, of course! Don't wanna be like this --> ('til after my lunch time diet coke!)
