    I can totally see myself ordering that, making sure there was also shoyu and Tabasco on the table. Depending on the time of day, I'd either have black coffee (which has no calories) or diet soda.

    I know, it doesn't balance all the bad stuff on the artery hardening AND clogging meat and rice and egg and gravy plate ... but hey, I rarely eat like that.

          Crap cereal. I splurged and bought a box of it for the kids. Yum! Tastes chemically good...and it sticks to the teeth and is hard to brush off.

              absolutely nothing (nutritious)!!! except for a bag of shrimp chips and glass of root beer!

              Man I think I'll go make myself a salad for lunch, what a horrible way to nourish the body first thing in the morning.

                In a blender - break up 2 bananas, add 8oz of frozen blueberries and 1 super heaping tbsp powdered egg whites - poor in Diet V8 Splash Berry Blend until it reaches about 3/4 to the top of the bananas and blueberries - add Silk Soy Milk until even with the top of the bananas and blueberries.

                Blend. Drink. Experience Nirvana.

                  Wholegrain baguette with sweet butter and homemade melon and vanilla spice jam. Coffee and canned milk.
