Own. FS. Beautiful 3/2 house in downtown Kalihi Valley. Got it for under $300k seven years ago. Great ocean and valley views. Neighbors with Mayor Harris.

I own a 1/1 condo in Makaha. The advantage of living on the wrong side of the tracks? Oceanfront...fee simple! Other advantages? It's old Hawaii, lotsa Aloha, laid back with nuttin' to do (unless I'm working from home!), great little beach right outside, lotsa Aloha, can watch great surfing right up the street, the people...did I mention lotsa Aloha?! The disadvantages...the commute to town, occasional domestic fights, area poverty, one road in and out of that side of the island.

Hmmm...that might've been more than you wanted to know! I'm waiting for my computer guy to show up and I got carried away!

I rent to own my beautiful three bedroom townhouse which is located on prime land in Downtown, Honolulu. First Floor. Front and back yard. Multi cultural neighbors. heheheh

Nah, I rent. I live Public Housing. Mayor Wrights to be exact.
