That's always a fun party and I'm sorry to have to miss it this year. I have family in town that week-end and we have tickets to another event. Party hearty, everyone, and I expect to see lots of pictures!

Aaaahhhhhh Time to break out my mistletoe thong since it was such a hit last year. Everyone was fighting to sit by me.....or were they scrambling to get away from me....I forget. But hey, the DD clan should be there.

wish i could partake in the festivities--would really like to me some of you.

we're on the last leg of closing on a property on the big island which happens 12/2. then we go on vacation from the 6th to the 10th. we get back and will have to start moving IF the purchase goes through.

Either way you go, be sure and check for aphids. Those suckers itch.

But I highly recommend everyone coming to this. The restaurant has great atmosphere, being right next to a boat harbor. There's also an old blind black guy that plays a piano all night for dinner music. He has a tip jar for requests, but he kept refusing my requests to play Jump, from Van Halen. Despite that, he's very friendly and plays excellent. The menu isn't very big, but the food isn't half bad. it seems every time we're there, we overwhelm the waitresses but they really try to cater to us as best they can.

Of course, the big draw is putting faces to the posters on HT. Sometimes just getting to personally know some of the posters puts their posts in an entirely different light. So please RSVP. You wont regret it !
