Being that this place is near the water, do we have a contingency plan for inclement weather, or should we just, ahem, weather the storm?

I have no idea what the conditions are, down there. At this point, I plan on showing up, and if the call comes to evacuate, I'm sure scrivener can pick a nice spot inland to move to!

I just called and talked to Wayne the Bartender. I asked him "Is the place still standing?" He answered "Yes!" I told him I stopped drinking but when I get there to pour me a shot of Crown Royal Wata. This weather is a BiTXH! I'll be there at six!
