    Jobs that interests you?

    Just thought I will start a thread called What Jobs Interests You?

    Here are some of my Jobs:
    • Preschool teacher
    • Hawaiian Language teacher ('olelo Hawai'i)
    • Radio DJ
    • A mentor
    • Special Education teacher
    • A musician

    If it comes with training...

    - radio DJ
    - Weather person
    - Truck driver
    - Computer Manufacturer (the actual people who you see putting the actual plastic cases together along with the components)
    How'd I get so white and nerdy?

      Foley artist
      Film editor
      professional beach bum
      "cuddler" in the neo-natal intensive care unit (volunteer job)
      ...and not necessarily in that order!

            I would love to get paid for coaching Football.

            Or a High School Teacher of some kind of math, science, or logic class.

            or a Firefighter..... I hear they get all the chicks.

                I have always wanted to be a sign language interpretor.
                Or teach sewing and other things of use.
                But that's about it. Nothing that pays well! Dang!
                Since when is psycho a bad thing??

                  I almost put down "Trendy Boutique Owner", except I've worked in trendy boutiques and I never, ever want to be one of THOSE PEOPLE.

                    I'd LOVE to do a soundtrack for a good RPG video game.

                    I'd like to be an actor for an action adventure movie, and play a real bad bad guy.

                    I'd love to do voices for cartoon characters.

                        This is fun...getting paid for something you like to do! Well, I already have that, thank goodness. But the fantasy jobs:

                        1. Back-up singer for a touring super band.
                        2. Poet
                        3. Yoga instructor
                        4. Recipe tester
                        5. Handbag designer

                            I admire singers, piano players, and other musicians, but I've decided that even though music is a love of mine, I may just be in a choir or something like that and not try to get a job in music because it would be so hard. I have a strong passion for teaching people. I'm thinking about possibly teaching languages. I've taught 'olelo Hawai'i i ke kelepona and had a turnout of 12 people maximum. It seemed that everyone enjoyed themselves because after the first one I did, they asked me to do one again. So far, I've done three.

                            Another job that interests me is to be a radio DJ. Sometimes, I record myself pretending that I am a DJ for a small station that I call "105.3 Hawaiian to the Max" that plays traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music. That would be fun.
