  • Kukui Nut lei - what does it mean?

I've seem many people hang a kukui nut lei on the rear view mirror. What does the kukui nut or kukuni nut lei symbolize?

It means that they are nuts.

It also means that they didn't get the nice pikake lei that smells so good.

You was in a rush and you couldn't get a real lei so you grab the one on your dresser. No tell.
