I'm not sure if it meant "TM B*TCH" or perhaps "TMB TCH" as in TMB is a teacher. Dunno.

Saw this one a couple of days ago: RCH BCH. I'm sure it doesn't mean "REACH BEACH," BUT "RICH B*TCH" instead. Couldn't see who the driver was, though.
