Yes, but I'd rather not say. Until I moved here, if someone asked me where I was from, I'd tell 'em, then automatically add the disclaimer, "But I'm not (fill in the adjective)."
Silly! So I guess that high school stuff is important elsewhere besides Hawaii, although it seems to be a bigger deal here. More rivalries that continue into adulthood here, I think. I dunno, just thinking out loud here.

It's nice to live someplace where my high school name means nothing to anyone!
Washington, right? Just took a trip to Seattle with my husband and we went through that area (I think). Although Hawaii weather is beautiful, for the most part, we both LOVE chilly, brisk weather. Humidity is highly overated.
