  • SpaceX Dragon Docking

    This was a fascinating event.
Thumbs up for getting the device into orbit.
After a very careful orbital rendevous the craft was tugged close with the long arm.
It is my opinion that when the device locked onto the ISS those onboard were very
concerned that the seals containing the atmosphere were OK.

The news said it was OK, but the inhabitants suited up, just in case.
    Can't blame them. Better safe.

According to a the Oceanic Digital Cable guide one of the segments of todays's 60 Minutes on CBS (6pm HST) will be about SpaceX, which is the company that made the Dragon capsule which by the way returned to Earth on May 31.

It marks a really important part of Space history, and will hopefully bring more private companies into the fold as far as making getting things into space/orbit, more accessible. I think it's great!
