HPD Officers had to remind those on the sidewalks waiting to get in to make room for those passing by.

wish they would pay almost as much attention to the crowds fully blocking the sidewalks on Kalakaua watching the street 'performers". Of Course, it's the sacred cow that can't be touched; "touriststssss"
