Thank you, my HT friends. Yeah, it'd be nice to get nominated, but [insert insipid "I'm not in it for the recognition" soundbite here]. The truth is that I'm okay with whatever happens. I'm in it because it's all I've known for practically my entire adult life. Rock and roll, man. Come what may, I'm ready.

What is nicest is that I have a community of friends here that are so incredibly supportive. Mahalo nui loa.

I figured I'd encourage any HTers that may be voting on nominees for the Na Hoku Awards to check out the Doolin Rakes CD "Irishman in Paradise." Any support is most greatly appreciated.
