Buca di Beppo? I think you are comparing the wrong chain. The chain that you should be compared to Olive Garden is Romano's Macaroni Grill.
Two reasons. Both Romano's Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden are in the same area of Ala Moana and secondly both of them tend to serve the food for a person while for Buca di Beppo you will need to be a group of 3 people (maybe 2 if both are hungry).
