    Re: Weiner Dog

Bill DeBlasio won by a relative landslide. The early favorite Christine Quinn was a distant 3rd. Giuliani's old 2nd in command Llota won the GOP nomination. A shame for the latter, I think John...

    Re: Another War

Anything we do militarily in the Middle East will not have any lasting value, simply because our country has involved itself extensively in the region. In one case, we took a fledgling secular,...

    Re: Pvt. Bradley Manning

Fear of the very real probability of being sentenced to jail for 100+ years will deter all but the most determined would-be whistleblowers from ever blowing the whistle.

    Let freedom reign.

    Re: Spontaneous Human Combustion

I remember in school, I once saw written on one of the desks "I punched Harry and he burst into flames". I got scared thinking that was really in the realm of possibility.

I lost 25 pounds in a few months. Lots of exercise, smaller portions, and green tea is a staple in my diet now. I feel a lot better. Faster too!

Getting enough water is also supposed to be good...
