Dinner last night with the family was Fresh Corned Beef with Cabbage/Carrots/Celery/Potatoes, Char Siu Chicken, Fried Noodles, and corn on the cob. Oh and Ted's Peach Bavarian Creme Pie. :D

They still make a lot of money from photo..especially during the holidays! And they have self-service kiosks in the store....and make money that way too!

Last night I ate some kind of white meaty fish my dad caught. Sauteed it with butter, lemon, white wine & capers. :D

Dinner tonite will probably be tuna patties with sweet chili aioli.

I don't have my recipe book on me right now but I love making Crab & Kamaboko Wontons! :)

Last night I started my 2 day process of making Portuguese Bean Soup. I've been craving it.....it will hit the spot tonight with some diamond head soda crackers! :)
