Since getting to the UK last week, I have had my fill of Scotch Eggs, beans, blood sausage and bangers.

An apple-banana, raw garlic half hour later and then some soup with whole wheat crackers. Soup was a very spicey beef. About to have another giant cup of fresh brewed tea, two tea bags in 32oz. cup, and bit of milk in it. burp~ *yard needs mowing before the possibility of rain~

Just cereal, one of those with little granola bits in it, and one percent milk.

I'll be hungry while out shopping, argh.
