Had a fast bite on da go before church. Munched on some peanut butter and jelly toast. Nothing like creamy peanut butter. I sure feel for those that have peanut allergies. My son's school mate has peanut allergies, so he avoids bringing his usual PBJ sandwiches.

In my unscientific observations, I've noticed that people tend to like consistency in their breakfasts more than any other meal. Maybe it's because most of us are too groggy to be creative, so we just go with what we know and what's easy to do.

True... It just happens that my response is usually what happens to me when i throw a party. TOO much leftovers and if they can be breakfast for the next week. Bonus for me!
