Putrid Smell in Kailua

Does anyone know what is causing Kailua to smell so awful this week? We first noticed it on Sunday; it's like a mix between swamp water, sewage and something dead. The worst is on Hamakua Drive by the marsh, but last night it reached our house in Enchanted Lake.

I haven't noticed.

BTW, the last time I thought I had smelled something dead while driving along the Pali it was because I had smelled something dead while driving along the Pali.

It was the body of a woman that had been dumped there. Maybe five years ago or so.
