Listening to Bela Fleck & The Flecktones, "Live At The Quick". Anybody else familiar with them? Bluegrass/jazz/rock (99% instrumentals), with some of the best musicians on the planet.
Hell, yeah - been listening to them (and seeing them live) for many years, though I miss multi-instrumentalist Howard Levy's contributions. Future Man's drumitar is quite a freaky device, and I never tire of Victor Wooten's pyrotechnics on bass.
They used to play Seattle's Bumbershoot festival regularly, which is where they came up with the title for a song on "Three Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest," as well as one CD's name, "UFO Tofu" - it's a palindrome that they got from local odd-man Baby Gramps (who you can hear on the recent Hal Willner-produced "Rogues' Gallery" of pirate and seafaring songs.)
...some annoying punk/pop crap (that could be Green Day, or one of the billion bands that sound just like them) while I'm on hold for Apple tech support.

I was just on hold with a shipping company and was subjected to the new Gwen Stefanie <sp> single. You know, the one with the irritating "woooo oh...woooo oh!".
Na Leo Pilimehana...Colours CD! I have three of their CDs but continue to reach for Colours. Every song is a favorite and man talk about keeping me moving, smiling, humming and singing. It's a great one to put on good and loud while showering and getting ready to go out.
Stop being lost in thought where our problems thrive.~
Listening to one of my playlists at Finetune.com as I do other things on this computer. Finetunes is a great site if you want to make your own popular music streams. Their only major shortcoming is a serious lack of Hawaiian/local music.
