Thanks, Acousticlady! Wow, Gecko rockin it and now I can use that link and read up on the company, too. Being a DOD program it does make sense that it's nuclear-oriented in some way. Oh wait, it could've been our DOD experimenting on some futuristic weaponry. YECH on that last link I provided. the type of infrasonic weapon someone has invented can make a person's body hemorrhage.

At least that's the cover story.

If it's to upload it's data in real-time, it would be trivial for some secret agency to tap into the data stream for their own "research".
