"Moonlight Serenade" written by Glenn Miller and recorded by half a gajillion artists. It's a real classic, either as an instrumental or with the lyrics.

Actually some scientists consider the Earth and Moon to be a double planet system, since the moon is not vastly smaller than the Earth as with other planets with moons such as Jupiter. This is from the European Space Agency's site for example.
