    Awesome harmonica, too.
Yeah sounds about right! Tomorrow will be a bit different however as DirecTV's coming in to install the five HD boxes and two 4-ft dishes while I'm working on replacing the garage door opener that decided to fail this afternoon. $250 worth of opener, remote clickers, wall remote and a cold six-pack awaits me for tomorrow.

A giant pacific pink salmon, baked for half an hour at 200c, and served with boiled potatoes, steamed carrots and broccoli, and rivers of hollandaise sauce. Winter tomatoes and onions in vinaigrette to start, and country bread with walnuts and camembert cheese to finish. Rich dark chocolate and coffee at the end. The favorite family lunch of all time.

    Salmon patties.

Leftover salmon and hollandaise from yesterday's lunch smashed and mixed with egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, garlic and Tabasco, formed into small cakes and fried. Potato salad made with leftover cold potatoes. Yesterday's broccoli and carrots reheated with chives and butter.

Joined my dad for lunch at Yohei Sushi Restaurant (1111 Dillingham Blvd., #E1A). He had the natto bowl, I went with the basic sushi combo "B." Yum!

Too lazy to make a salad so I bought the Asian salad from McDonalds with the Ginger dressing and a small Vanilla iced coffee.

Stuffed Tomato with Tuna and it tastes horrible. I miss gravy and pork chops.

I exercise and walk in the morning and evening. My scale is malfunctioning. It won't go under two hundred. I no kid you. It has a mind of it's own.

    Don't LAUGH.

    That sounds good.
Working at home here, so eating at home: steamed broccoli, brown rice, refried beans (veggie), sour cream and some of that deliciously good mango-peach salsa from Costco.
I swear I need to polish it off with some sin.

Craig, you just had to mention steak. You get lickings!!

    HAHAHAHAHAHA

I have one whole year to lose weight so I can look presentable in my weeding gown. Well at least half way decent. Bumby...my guests going run away.

Whatevas. I lose weight for health reasons first. Beauty for second. Wat beauty? Don't ask.

All I know if I stick to what I'm doing, I will reach my goal.

    Or I will die trying.

    Now where is dat Apple.

Those Smirnoff flavored beers make for a great midweek (sorry Lavagal) luncheon sin drink.

I was going to the bank today but tomorrow's another day so I'll just go outside with PJ (my puppy) and sit under that avacado tree and watch the clouds drift by with a cold one in hand.

If my wife could fit in her wedding gown I'd be sinning forever.

Lunch was smoked salmon on top of a healthnut type of tortilla, some lowfat sour cream on that, sprinkled with three large bulbs of RAW garlic...burp....and that topped with fresh and totally raw salsa which has a bit of jalapeno and garlic in it, along with cilantro, tomatoes and onions.

Shortbread cookies. Wasn't hungry from my breakfast of tator tots, scambled eggs and sausage links.
