If ever you are over here on either Monday or Friday/Sat night
you can get the best next to Chicago beef sandwich at Hank's Haute Dogs on Coral Street, it's ono!

Oh yes, Downers Grove, we'd ride the train there or hitchhike sometimes and hang out there in that
era when we weren't hanging out on the Bridge in Naperville.

So just on Mon/Fri and Sat nights? Can you order 'extra hot peppers'?

The bridge, I recall... much took place there.

I imagine that area is totally different now. I have some relatives a bit north, but when visiting, I never find the time to visit the old stomping grounds.

Heck, I've not been to Chicago since early '01.

                Aloha nui! Pehea 'oe?

Maui no ka 'oi! I've been there twice and want to go back soon. What a wonderful place! Hey, wouldn't it be a hoot if we bumped into each other somewhere? Both times we were there, we stayed in Kapalua. You'd usually find us going to places like Lahaina and Ka'anapali.

Maybe we'll see each other somewhere!

                A hui hou!

Yep, as well as sweet and just hot.

The Bridge, boy if that structure could talk! I loved hanging out down there, my mom would drive by and everyone would yell out hello to her. While it had some negative connotations in terms of activities she always liked knowing where I was!

The area (Naperville) has changed drastically. I have to go back twice a year to see my mom and it blows me away. There are about 140,000 people there and the downtown area is all restaurants. No need to go to the city as half of the places are represented in Naperville. Her neighborhood is all McMansions and you can tell where the old people hold out until the inevitable happens and their homes get sold and knocked down.

Hank's has daily specials and that is why the beef are only certain days. I was there Friday night for a party he had and the Spam dog was really good! A hui hou!

                        Re: Aloha, Ya'll!

My GC name is Cybercat. I'm from Texas and will be visiting your lovely part of the world in June. I've been emailing jools and hope to meet some of you when I'm there. The primary purpose of my trip is GEOCACHING!! The last time I was in Hawaii, geocaching hadn't even been invented yet!
I would love to hear from you about what are the 'can't miss' caches on your island!!
                        Mahalo,
