  • Ma'i Vs. Oma'ima'i or Ma'ima'i

Do they all mean sick? I've heard all of those used before. Sorry if 'oma'ima'i has an 'okina that I didn't put in at the beginning. I've only heard it spoken, so I don't know.

How is the meaning changed, or is it?

the world's greatest dictionary...says ma'i is indeed sick, and both oma'ima'i and ma'ima'i both mean chronically sick.
