Now here's Kauai...#s 4 & 5 are at the "Bali Hai" beach (help me out on the name of that area--can't recall!), and the other is of a teensy-weensy bird's nest we saw on the hike back from Secret Falls.

And lastly, Oahu--2 from Waikiki Beach, and the other was from the top of Diamond Head.

Woo hoo! You go girl! Break a lense!

the lighting was really low and they all turned out blurry (just using a point and shoot), but I enjoy the effect.
It looks like a pastel drawing. I dig the swirl of the water near the bottom, and the highlights on the rocks. Love the colors.

Here's a couple at sunset. The first one is on the north end of Turtle Beach and the second is also Turtle Beach looking Haleiwa direction.

nothing spectacular - a pic of the stomping grounds (neighborhood) - corner of pitkin and mother gaston (brownsville - brooklyn, new york) - it is one of my favourites - simply because - the streets was clean and nice back than - now walking down pitkin and mother gaston - you see nothing but drug dealers, pimps and hookers with their hoe strolls on, without a care in the world- (i am still haunted by the image)
