I find it frustrating that YouTube URLs point to the low quality version of videos. You have to give people instructions on how to view the high quality version. Turns out there's an easy way to modify the URL so it points to the better version:
add a "&fmt=18" or "&fmt=6" at the end of your URL
so here's the link to the normal quality version of my Samadhi video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQhbMDowoyI
and here's the link to the high quality version:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQhbMDowoyI&fmt=18
