Post them. I've had onion soup at several places including Ryans. They were all good, but always way to salty. My fingers look like sausages a couple hours later. The best is simply to make your own, so share them recipes.

Tango Contemporary Cafe had great French Onion Soup.
It's located at 1288 Ala Moana Blvd (Hokua Tower).

          http://www.tangocafehawaii.com/

According to the menu it's sweet caramalized onion soup:

Sweet Caramelized Onion Soup Melted Gruyere & Parmesan Cheese with Crouton
          5.50

Jeez. I do the slow caramelized Julia Child method.

Onions. No fat, no sugar. Veeeeery slow caramelization.

              DEHYDRATED PACKETS????

                Yep. See the packet?

(I was canning mini burgers, which are very nice canned with a few spoonfuls of dry soup and water)

(ten pounds pressure for 75 minutes)

Had a very good French onion soup at Stage restaurant last night.

Food was very good all around, and the desserts were exceptional.
