I am sure that most every community has some angels that just dont know how to stop giving.
i thought i would share what one of our angels in kona has done for the community in ocean view.http://breeweehawaii.blogspot.com/20...rshallese.html

"Michael Scott and Scott Hawaii came through again for the Slippah Foundation. Today we picked up over 800 pairs of slippahs which are destined for several public housing projects, and Wahiawa and Waianae homeless kids..."

Also, received Toys and Clothes from Rick of Pearl City who heard about us on the radio! Our Caravan of Volunteers is ready for our Leeward Coast Delivery this Saturday! Oh.........yeah!!

We got up at early dawn and started to prepare the boxes. Jr., Sista T. and Hele arrived. Then Boss Pauline showed up. We left Aiea by 6:30 a.m. We arrived at Maile 76 and the same wahine remembered me from previous years. Marissa, Dean and their daughter plus her friend arrived in the cubed truck from their Oahu Express Business. We loaded everything.

Our first stop. The Boat Harbor. PK, Dean and Jr. went into the bushes and came back. Lots of men and women started to come out too. We added my grand-daughter to our volunteers. Devny.

The stops went up and down the coast then to Keaau Beach and finally to the State's Waianae Shelter but Aunty Rita wasn't in. Our last stop was to Barber's Point Shelter.

We still have more places to deliver to!

              Mahalo,
