Just when I thought it was dead, Keoki Kerr (KITV) comes out with an exclusive story on how a government supervisor for the street sweeper crews is under investigation.

Report says workers were allegedly boosting their weekend overtime pay by falsifying their time sheets with the help of their supervisor, who was in turn allegedly taking kickbacks.
