Thank you Lika and AuntiePupule (great cake!).

Believe it or else,. I spent my BD in Kaiser room 423 with staph-sepsis from unknown causes. Because of my recent total knee replacement (so rare for a 36-year-old [or is that 63?]), they didn't want to take chances so I was put on IV antibiotics for four days. I got released last afternoon. Only guesses as to what caused the infection.

Anyway, to Frankie's disappointment, I survived. I'm back to create more havoc and dissention.
I was told Kaiser had internal WiFi, but they disabled it the day I was admitted (or close enough) - hence my recent silence.

I'm OK@! Stiff from 4 days in bed with no PT, but I'll make it up.
The staff and my spouse made sure I had a birthday I am unlikely to forget....
