Correct, it landed on the soft and there will only be minor surface dammage to the hull. Like anti-fouling and paintwork.

I dunno, Barry...I wouldn't want to go sailing in that vessel until a patch or two of fiberglass has been applied.

My guess is that area is between Kaneohe and Heeia Kea Boat harbor?

It would seem that the 'fastening' portion of the "boat on trailer" job got forgotten. Usually a line is tied to the bow on a small boat like that.

I think it fell off the trailer and landed on the road, slid on the pavement until it hit the trees. Yeah, I think it will need a little fiberglass work.
