    The world lost another icon today. Let's all honor Oscar Mayer's memory with a rendition of "I wish I was an Oscar Mayer weiner."

    I hadn't heard that yet... If Oscar Mayer can live to be 95, then I feel a little bit better about the hotdogs I fed my so for lunch I always buy Oscar Mayer to support the local plant that is located about 5 blocks from where I live.

    RIP, Oscar... a coincidence maybe, but my daughter saw the real Weinermobile yesterday in Orange, CA.... I guess that wasn't Oscar driving it.

    It was his granddaddy that started the co. He died in '55 and his son passed in '65.
