Zombieland

Albert and I saw the movie Zombieland this morning at the Ward Theater.

The movie is a mixture of comedy, horror and action. As a suggestion one should not eat things during the movie at least during the start where most of the gory stuff is at. And there is a scene after the ending credits.

While the movie is quite funny at times, there are parts of it that make you think to yourself "Why is that so?", but it hits you after you see the movie.

Odd that what is basically a very stupid movie could be as entertaining as this one is. I loved the selection of recordings scattered through the soundtrack.

What works for this movie is that its mostly comedic than horror and the sub plot of the twinkie quest is not over done.

I get the impression from their advertisement that this is an action movie like Planet Terror. If its a comedy, then it will be more like Shaun of the Dead.
