  • Has Barry died or have I misunderstood?

    http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/pr...p?id=665235557

I went to Barry's Facebook page to see what was up because I haven't seen him around for a while...and from what I read, I suspect that he has died.

Death would be easier to handle if we were allowed to say goodbye.

"The police had to be called to break into his home and found Steven dead at the bottom of his stairs. If anyone has been in some of the little palaces in the Dingle you will know just how steep their stairs are. Steven had health issues but at the moment the reason for his fall is purely speculation."

I experienced, rather WE did, in London, that Barry was prone to seizures.
At the top of a stairase, or even unattended, these things can be fatal.

Barryb was a good friend to us, a UK patriot (served in one of the armed services thereof), and if this is true will be sorely missed.

We three (My family) are glad to have me him and interacted with him.

He was cheerful, interactive, and full of valuable information.

Suzie, we grieve with you, though halfway around the world.

          RIP, sailor.

I'm in no good shape and won't be for the rest of the day...or the week, or even the month.

He was a nice and funny man with a good sense of humour and I hope he didn't suffer too much in the way that he died. I suspect that he already suffered some in the way that he lived.

Please don't let this be true. This is devastating to me, you see, Barry is my friend.

Found the following obit on the Yo! Liverpool:

WAINWRIGHT - PAUL. November 26, 2009. Suddenly at home, aged 62 years. Father of Liam, Claire, Sarah and Kathryn, brother of Mike and John. Reunited with Mum and Dad. He had a few interesting stories to tell. May he RIP.

Doesn't Betsy live in that city? Maybe we could send flowers?
