I'm listening to them on HawaiianRainbow also. Sweet, nahenahe sound. I'm sorry they don't have a CD out!

            Re: The Waiehu Sons

Got the below inquiry from David, and he said I could post it:
I resided on Maui from 1980 – 1988 and during that time my family became very good friends with Sheldon, Kevin and Ata. They entertained at the Westin Wailea on a regular basis. Kevin took me lobster hunting. They always had hugs and kisses for daughter Lindsey. These men were wonderful family men. I have forgotten that dates, but they did produce cassette Tapes, and I was privileged to be asked to contribute toward one of them. I still have that tape. Sometime in the late 1980’s, Ata moved to Oahu and despite attempts, I have not been able to locate him. He was gifted with a beautiful falsetto. I would like to purchase other older tapes if they exist. Also, I will be traveling to Maui in March and during that time hoping to renew friendship with each of these wonderful men. Anyone that can assist my searching would be appreciated.

            Sincerely and Mahalo,
            Dave Olsen

Is there steel guitar (Geri Valdriz possibly) on the release?
