What is the current status? Has this situation ever been resolved? Is the cemetery going to be reopened and maintained? I have tried to do some internet research, but not much current info (2009 and 2010) is available.
There must have been some kind of resolution because it is open and have been for a while. The grass is being cut, there is water, they only ask that you remove your own trash.
