    upper Palolo

    Aloha, I have some friends who just moved here a week ago. They found a place that they like in Upper Palolo Valley. Whats it like there? Is it safe? Convenient? Anything we should tell them about? I worry cuz they're new here, and I remember fondly what that was like.....

    Upper Palolo is safe.
