Andrew Zimmern has a piece on the poke made at "Tersty Treats" in Waimanalo on the Travel Channel's "Bizarre Foods America" series. It's a fishmarket in Waimanalo, next to the 7-11. I can't find the whole episode, "Undiscovered Hawaii", on line, but here is a video on one type of poke they do at Tersty Treats: http://www.travelchannel.com/video/a...n-in-good-poke.
