U.S. Army Civil Affairs screwed over by Rumsfeld

My friend was former Civil Affairs, before 9/11. A few years back he debated re-enlisting. After reading this article in Newsweek, he's glad he didn't.

Some people say Civil Affairs is the Peace Corps with guns, though I'm sure there is a world of difference between the two, right Matapule?
