Good golly that's a horrible site. Bad design, bad English, sketchy code, coming across more like a scam than anything remotely related to a serious class action.

It may or may not be a scam. But other than the link to the Honolulu Magazine article, there's not much info on there that's useful. Got a chuckle out of these gems, tho.

If you were towed and/or received a Diamond "Parking Penalty" and you don't exercise your right to sue or have a hearing. Then shut-up and stop crying.

Concerned boaters, live aboard, and Hoopleheads(?!?) are creating an eMail list to disseminate info about harbor changes, policy, proposals, and illegal state actions affecting all concerned.

BLOG your story about Diamond Parking, Gino's Towing, Stoneridge, ACE, State officials, or whom ever did you wrong or wirght

I'm sure the state Attorney General is shaking in his boots about having to deal with the mastermind behind this class-action suit.
