It is also Veterans' Day. 11-11 marked the end of the First World War (though it wasn't 1911), and I look upon this as a very special Veterans' Day.
Vietnam Veterans, Welcome Home (you weren't welcomed the first time, in the 60's and 70's).

Keep in mind it's 11/11/11 in the United States, but in Britain it's 11/11/11.
