    Default Pugetopolis Power Grid Engulfed in Icestorm

    The Puget sound area was hit with an unusual weather event that
    caused freezing rain to condense on surfaces to a depth of almost a centimeter.
    There was enormous damage to the overhead power conduits.

    Ha ha, freezing rain doesn't condense to ice, as ice is less dense than liquid rain. Perhaps you meant congeal.
