I think on the Mac, Safari works the best for this site. Safari keeps me logged in no matter how long the interval is between visits. Like for today, early this morning I picked up a session on Safari from where I left off the previous night. I then set Safari aside when I logged in with Firefox.

Firefox logged me in automatically because like Safari that info is saved. However unlike Safari, after a few minutes of inactivity, when I came back in Firefox to HT it had logged me off and I had to log in again.

Now early this evening after not being on this Mac for most of the day I came back with Safari and it just picked up with me still logged in.

So in conclusion for me, I would recommend staying with Safari for HawaiiThreads instead of using Firefox. (Mac OSX 10.6.8)

I prefer control.
If I am in IE, I want to stay there until I stop.
No more automatics, no surprisess, just common combat, OK?
